Wonderfully fresh sushi and imaginative roll combinations in a beautiful space. I'd rather sit at the bar (not sushi bar) and enjoy the hip and cool crowd move through the room.
Creative rolls, fresh fish, nice non-sushi items, and a lively atmosphere. Very hip and trendy but not so much that it can't hang around for a while.
More scene than sushi. Dark and loud.
Very good selection of sushi and specialty dishes. Try the godzilla roll, shoi roll, escolar sashimi. For non-sushi folks or beginners, try the rib eye rolls.
Best sushis in town, consistenly excellent since opening 5 or 6 years ago. Salmon quality is of Nobu's standard. Tempuras went a bit down the drain, a shame. And so did the service, which used to be excellent, but which recently brought me sliced radish (red version) when I requested radish (daikon of course) with my tempura... a good laugh. Utterly annoying is the complete persistent mismatch of wine vintages on the wine list and what is brought to the table. I mentioned it at least 10 times without any effect so far the last 2 years. But food is excellent, so forget the vintage.
