  • We went to the one in East Lyme. Not only were the floors and tables filthy, it took forever to get our order. An employee came over to ask if we got our food and we said no. He went to check to see what happened. Another employee came over to say he heard we had a problem. He then offered us a "free" soda! We declined the offer. We said we would NEVER go to ANY of their locations ever again! I told them I write reviews on Zagat.
