Give 'em credit; these Yanks with Red Sox caps always in place are doing a creditable job of Q in a region where barbecue to most is a steak cooked on the grill. The brisket especially shines, the ribs less so (hard to tell sometimes if the pink is from smoke or under-smoking). Sides are good and the beer's straight from Texas. Lose the caps, though, if you want to attract Yankee fans.
