Our evening did not get off to a great start. We were early for our reservation and sent to the bar where there was not a seat or drink to be had. I spoke to a manager and a table was found. Our first round of drinks were comped. The food that followed was of excellant quality and well prepared. The steaks are on the thin side but the potatoes Fleming were very creamy with a hint of jalpeno. Our waitress, Nicole, was attentive and cheerful.
The bone in ribeye was very good my only quibble is the steak should have been slightly thicker.
My major beef, pardon the pun was with the amount of salt used on the sides. I tried the green beans and the onion rings with the shoestring fries. They were perfectly prepared except for the excess amount of salt the dishes came with.
The decor is very nice.
A steakhouse with fine beef, large drinks, and ample ala carte sides (not of great quality). If you want the best steak, more subtle sides and a less frenitic atmosphere, try Grill23 around the corner.
Nice steak and seafood. Friendly service. Good for the price.
Flemings has one of the best rib-eye steaks around, and the service is top-notch. It's probably a cut below Abe & Louie's, but it's no slouch. A favorite I enjoy visiting every so often. The lighting can be a little dark, so bring a flashlight.
