Flemings has great food and the service is usually excellent. I do not understand how any reviewer can compare this restaurant with Houston's. Flemings is in the Major Leagues while Houston's is just a farm club. The two restaurants are completely different, serving different food and different customers. As for the prices, they are reasonable when compared to other top-notch steak houses. The restaurant can be quite noisy though, especially if you are seated near a large party.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere, and an amazing wine selection. Highly recommend. Be sure to try the filet with a side of the chipotle mac and cheese. The chocolate lava cake is also to die for!

I would really just skip the meal and go for the desserts. The 2 rating is for the desserts only.

"really doesn't get much better than this, at least not in Austin...the steak, the lobster, the Flemings Potatoes, the bread with specialty butters, everything...to die for!"
