If you want your money's worth, DO NOT load up at the salad bar, which is pitched as stage 1 of a two-stage pris fix menu. The various (17) cuts of meat are prepared very well, and the service, roving gauchos with spits of meat, very attentive. An experience to be had, and a pricey one, rather than a monthly 'let's eat out' destination.
