Fogo De Chao Corporate Office

My family went to the San Antonio location and had horrible service. I wrote an e-mail to the corporate office telling them of our experience. Jennifer, the Dallas Corporate Manager, contacted me personally, looked into the problem and has since tried to rectify the situation. I am very impressed with how quickly and decisively they responded to something that could have easily been blown off. They really seem to care about their product.
