Went for Eating place Week. The furnishings was contemporary and wonderful. The food was delightful, great display. Kobe meatloaf--really great. The rice recipes were also excellent. Awesome bottles list, trademark beverages. Waitstaff was friendly and receptive. Sweets were self-indulgent, and the natural .
So disappointing! I saw my two favorites on the menu - fried calamari (with mango and coconut cream) and 1/2 of crispy duck - Four style. In reality the calamari was like chewing rubber bands; after 5 pieces I had to send it back to be replaced by a not so extraordinary potato leek soup. The crispy 1/2 duck was lukewarm tough breast and a leg and thigh with mushy skin. Add to that the DJ and deafening decibel level and you get ZERO. BEWARE!
Went for Restaurant Week, but we'll definitely go back and even pay full price! The decor was modern and beautiful. The food was delicious, great presentation. Try the Kobe meatloaf--really. The pasta dishes were also excellent. Nice wine list, signature drinks. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. (I offhandedly mentioned I had a migraine, and a cup of coffee materialized almost instantly). Desserts were decadent, and the cotton candy was cute.
Went for All You Can Eat Lobster Night. The lobsters were fresh, tender and plentiful. The manager , Candice, checked on our table several times. Our waiter, Keith, AKA Crave, was very attentive. The restaurant is noisy and pricey, but the food is well worth it. Can't wait to go back!
Went for the "All can eat lobster"... Won't go back again.
Service was extremely s-l-o-w and inattentive... Spent most of the eve waiting... Not eating.... Restaurant is stingy about replenishment.
Table was dirty... had a funky smell.
Staff, hosts and servers are not trained or polished.
They have a d.j. thumping during dinner.
This place is a misfit.
It's not worth the hassle.
