Last week I went To Frank's to have a fast meal before a show at the former Westbury Music Fair. The waiter was aware of our time constraints (approx. 1 hour). After waiting for our food for 45 minutes and asking the waiter several times about the status of our order, we left without eating, as there was no clear indication as to when our food would arrive. The staff was rude and dishonest about the problem in the kitchen. Will never return!

Not impressed with this place compared to Lugers, Bryant & Coopers, Ruth, Mortons. Prime rib was smaller than thought, not cooked medium rare as orders, and just not tasty. Creamed spinach and mushrooms portions were small for the price. The potatoes with onions looked like frozen french fries-I expected steakhouse fries. Service was poor-gave desert menu but never came back. Overall, not bad but for the money there are better choices.

Excellent baked clams.
The marinated strip steak is my favorite. Huge steak fries are great.
They need to start serving a steak house drink! Way too little on the scotch, especially considering the high price of the food.
