Only go if you have a coupon Starters were mediocre & salads were soaked with tasteless dressing. Excellent mixed drinks The signature steak was tough & marinade cloyingly sweet. Lamb was good but not cooked as ordered. Crab stuffed shrimp should have been called breading stuffed shrimp. Lobster tails were overcooked, dry & tough. Creamed spinach & butternut squash sides were great! Desserts were so-so. Wine marked-up 2-3X but vintage not listed

Excellent steak at Franks almost on par with other "great" steak houses. Overall a step below for the money. Shared baked clams and French onion soup. Clams ok, nothing great. Soup excellent. I had the NY Strip and my wife had the lobster. She loved her lobster and said it was one fo the best she has had. My strip was terrific and cooked perfectly. Creamed spinach side was great but potato puffs subpar. Decor lacking and this is the diff

Skirt steak dinners were absolute to die for! Im searching for the creamed spinach recipe! Service excellent, atmosphere wonderful. Fell upon it while attending a show down the street. What a great find! Delicious!

The best Romanian Skirt Steak! It's tender, juicy, & really flavorful. Their Cowboy Ribeye steak is a must try too! Each time we've gone to Frank's, we left with our tummies full & completely satisfied. The last time we went, they had Lobster mac & cheese as a side dish-it was truly the best lobster mac I ever had. I wish they would add it to their regular menu! The service is attentive without being overbearing & it's a great experience

Outstanding steaks, and sides. Save your appetite for the main course. A good selection of wines to complement the meal. Appetizers are fair, nothing exceptional, and the dessert was less than ordinary.
Service was not what I have expected, Attentive, but was less focused on the customer, and more on meeting their timeline.Published July 25, 2011
