    Friendship is as other reviewers have said “a true hidden gem”. The Chinese food is great and they have excellent Sushi as well. They have a second location at 200 North Lake Front Dr. It is on the Yacht Club and has great outdoor seating. Service is friendly, prices are very reasonable. I could use more places like this on my list.

  • I did enjoy the Honey Walnut Shrimp at Friendship restaurant, however, every other part of my experience was miserable. The Orange Chicken which is a very basic chinese dish was cooked to rubber and contained no flavor. The service was very unaccomidating and hostile. The following couple of days after my girlfriend and myself were miserably sick. Considering that was the only meal we had eaten together in a four day time period and we both had the same symptoms all fingers point to Friendship Restaurant. So although the Honey Walnut Shrimp was good you could not pay me to eat at this restaurant.

  • unique combinations and excellent quality in a very nice setting . excellent duck dish and very nice seafood combinations put this a step above most storefront Chinese restaurants

    LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I honestly couldn't fault a thing. Firstly, it's in my neighborhood, and Logan Square is forever excited about new restaurants coming in. This place is GREAT - such a hidden gem. It's actually really hip, cute and funky inside. The food was fabulous - every single dish. And the price was to die for - super cheap (BYO helps!).

  • Almost afraid to put the word out on this fabulous secret. The food is excellent! The Honey Lemon Shrimp was so good I went back a few days later to have it again. The prices are reasonable. The service good both times. It is BYOB. What more can you ask for?
