  • Without a doubt the best pastrami in the entire city. I started out going for the gypsy bacon. Came back for the meat sticks. And am staying for the insane pastrami. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They will remember you once you become a regular customer.

  • A great small place in the French Market with really good sandwiches and super nice people behind the counter. Selection is small but what they have is really good. I am a regular.
    Their Montreal-style smoked meat (Pastrami) sandwich is the best in the French Market, hands down! I would even say that .

  • One of the brightest spots in the French Market at the Ogilvie Transportation Center is Fumare Meats. Though they are located in the back of the French market,Joan and her staff are well worth a visit. Breakfast on the run or the best pastrami around, Fumare meats is one of my favorite spots in the market.
