  • Had dinner for the first time tonight at the Rhinebeck location. Loved the food! I had the Enchilada de Mole. (A Mexican favorite of mine) Was one of the best I've ever had. It was less sweet, with a perfect amount of spiciness and heat; was more of a bittersweet Mole sauce. The servings were also generous! Loved the friendly, attentive staff & service. Also, clean environment. Guacamole is delicious and made fresh at your table. I will be back!

  • Tuesday night we went for the 1st time. It was impressive that even though they were slow, we were treated like VIP's right down to the complimentary cordial they served with the bill. Some eateries get lazy when they're slow, but not Gaby's! The restaurant's interior is tranquil & clean. I love clean! Our servers were very pleasant, prompt & thorough. The food was a lighter refreshing Mexican fare which was delicious! We will be back.

  • My new favorite Mexican Restaurant! Its a quaint little place nestled in Rhinebeck, NY. Right from the start the whole staff was friendly and helpful. The menu is diverse and reasonably priced. The food was fabulous! Everything was fresh and delicious. I went with two of my girlfriends for her birthday. She was given a large piece of delicious cake with Happy Birthday in raspberry for free without even asking for it! A MUST visit!!

  • My family and I have eaten here several times and all have declared this our favorite Mexican restaurant in two counties. Their tableside prepared quacamole is fantastic! Food is fresh, well prepqred and reasonably priced. Servoce is excellent and friendly. Plan to go back for lunch again tomorrow. Yum, Yum!
