"By all the new ""hip"" steak houses and fusion kitchen, the Gallagher's steaks are just what you expect from such a place: Perfect! I'm European and find it quite difficult to order meat in the US, which is cooked to the point I like it. Normally, if you order medium/rare, the meat on your plate will come medium/well done. Not so at Gallagher's. They understand to not ruin a good piece of meat ;-)"

A Steak House as it should be, large cuts well cooked and great sides. Stacks up well against the premier spots in Las Vegas.
