One of the first places i tried in the north end and it was the last time i tried it. First things first this is definitely a tourist place. The line up and wait is ridiculous. the food is OK AT BEST if you are comparing it to other places in the north end. The service was not bad but it sure felt like i was being rushed from when i sat down to when i left. I do enjoy scratching my head when i see the line up when i walk by.
Best restaurant in Boston. Well worth the wait. Been here many times, and it's been consistently wonderful every time. The sauces are delicious, and they are very generous with the seafood in the pasta dishes. Service is very quick & efficient.
"Giacomo sauce," made with lobster broth, is a treat. Wine by the bottle is a bargain.
This place is amazing. Small, cozy and intimate with an open kitchen. The calamari is to die for, the sauces and pastas taste delicious and the staff is attentive but casual. I would come here again when in town.
we were told - we ordered too much and don't need few things - ok we agreed - after we finished with a main dish we decided we need more food - been told we are only allowed to order once - food just ok, many places around with same seafood
