It lost the white picket fence in the move to new nearby digs, but this "great-value" UWS "old favorite" continues to offer the same all-day dining à la "Vermont" with "simple" American comfort items; the new space retains the "cute", farmhousey feel but is roomier with more outdoor seating – but "painful waits" are still the norm at weekend brunch.
