The mini juicy pork and mini juicy pork & crab dumplings are just amazing. I have eaten my fair share of soup dumplings and these definitely are close to the top of my list (the best of which I had in Shanghai). They also have a huge menu of which everything I've had is great. Cheap, quick, delicious. They are always busy, so plan accordingly. Definitely a good hit.
Our roast pork tongue was tender and flavorful. The beef and celery dumplings were very good, a shade better than the pork and leek dumplings. Service was friendly and efficient. The cost and quality is worth any wait or crowdedness --- at least on our recent second visit.
The soup inside the pork and crab dumplings was disappointing: fishy and a little too heavy for my liking. And the crab had this unnatural orange-yellow color.
Excellent place in Chinatown for a late night bite. Venturing beyond the obvious/generic is highly rewarding here.
Sometimes it's about more than food.
My wife left a package in the restaurant. Not only were they unhelpful, they made her feel like a fool with "there never was a package". Needless to say, we'll never go back.
