Inside the Grand Hyatt, this slick Eastsider inhabits a "stylish" glass-walled atrium cantilevered over 42nd Street, with views of the hotel lobby, an open kitchen and the comings and goings at Grand Central Station next door; maybe "drinking trumps eating" for many of the "party people" who gravitate here for creative cocktails shaken at the big white bar, but its midpriced New American bites are deemed "pretty good" (if "nothing special").
