We were 8 for dinner. Calamari appetizer was tasty, the tuna tataki was excellent as was the foie gras, properly crispy on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside. Ribeye steaks were very good as were the asparagus and shitake side dishes. The salmon was very well cooked giving it excellent texture and taste. Pleasant and fairly priced wine list. A memorable evening!
For lunch we had Calamari - nicely cooked but bland, onion soup - ok, New England clam chowder - Great - not too thick, well spiced, lots of tender clam. Entrees were Salad with salmon - very nice. Shaved prime rib sandwich, excellent. Beef was perfect, lots of great cheese, panini was very fresh. The appetizer rolls are absolutely heavenly. Service was a bit slow and forgetful, but pleasant nonetheless.
Grant's has a lot to recommend it unless it is compared to its sister restaurant, Bricco, which far outshines it!
Good service (but we were not in a hurry) and pleasant atmosphere. The food is ok. I make the fish better at home. Nothing to write home about food wise. Overall, i'd only go back if someone else was paying.
They have no idea how to operate a full restaurant, thats why its not! Sat inside for lunch. Tables outside were full but staff was absent. Was hillarious to watch a patron wait 10 min. for hostess to turn even turn around. Chek came xfast
