Great Taste Chinese is a really wonderful take-out/delivery place near I-95 just south of the downtown exits for Baltimore. The decor is extremely spartan - just a few formica tables in a slightly dingy storefront, but the food is among the best Chinese I've had. I can't speak much to the service, as I have only gotten take-out, but they're pretty quick and the prices are very reasonable. A LARGE meal for two shouldn't cost more than $20.
