Small restaurant with creative menu with charming wine list. Fresh flowers and tablecloths. Only downside was a rather loud TV in the bar area. Staff promptly turned it down on request. Watercress salad was excellent as was the asparagus risotto. Particularly liked the option of a wine "flight" with dinner. Only caveat was a staff that hovered. I think the waiter would have picked up fork and feed us if we'd let him.
