Atmosphere was somewhat sterile. Food was unbelievable, probably one of the top top restaurants where I have ever dined! Absolute perfection. Service was very upscale but never snooty. The price was also absolutely over the top as well $500/pp so bring a fat wallet! We did not order prix fixe. The poached hen in white truffle sauce was to die for. Pate was also incredible and uniquely prepared. If you are a foodie don't even hesitate...GO!!!

the sheik yet simple ambiance seems to be a wonderful background for the artistic creations that are served, right down to the 'stinky cheese'!
