This is about the nicest of the Viet places in uptown. Two things to get-Pho, beef soup with rice noodles and various cuts of meat and meatballs with herbs and bean sprouts, and the crab claws with crab paste. Those 2 things will fill you up for a day and a half and at a price you can afford.
