The Hakubai is one of the best Japanese restaurant, and is in The Kitano Hotel. They have a few private rooms, Tatami, Zashiki. The foods are good, and I recommend "Omakase Kaiseki" which we need to order when our reservation. Their service is good too.

Unlike other restaurants, the seats have enough rooms and this much space gives the sense of calmness - Japanese.
