the building itself is run down but it adds to the character almost like a shack. the ice is the softest snowball ice you'll encounter in new Orleans

Delicious snow balls with homemade syrup. As good as it ever was. Long lines can be daunting at this New Orleans institution although they are worth it on a hot day.
