Had good service 2 time "Dinner & Lunch", Chinese New Year 2012, no issue with table, dishes or cups being dirty, they were serving roast rack of lamb - french cut, "none of my group - different friends got sick"
DON'T EVER GO TO THAT PLACE!
terrible service, dirty plates, mandatory 15% service fee...
worse thing, the food is not clean - I got food poisoning after eating there and had to run to hospital ER!
IT WAS AT ONE TIME GREAT BUT WHEN WE WENT BACK A WEEK AGO THE PRIME RIB WAS SUBSTETUTED WITH A LOW GRADE ROAST BEEF.
Best buffet restaurant in NYC! Great variety of eastern and western cuisine, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Malaysian, Italian...Unlimited bubble tea if you are a big fan of those calorie-packing, tapioca tea that fill you up easily. Some of their "signature dish" to die for: teriyaki sea bass, ginger and scallion lobster...they do get emptied out pretty fast and waiting for refill can be a long wait. Overall, its worth the $30.
The food is very hit-or-miss and too much of the food is greasy. I have been to better Chinese Buffet restaurants in Queens.
