we have been here many times. it gets very busy on a saturday night and on a few occassions, the service has suffered. the menu is extensive with many authentic dishes. the seafood is the standout, whether mixed in a green sauce of in their outstanding champagne sauce. the sangria is also outstanding. piano player on weekends is a nice touch. to sum up, outstanding food, usually good but occasionally spotty service and a good value.

The traditional Portuguese food served by Mineola's knowledgable Portuguese locals make this an authentic experience that only gets better with each pitcher of their homemade Sangria.

We enjoy going to this authentic Portugese restaurant. The food is great, the menu is lengthy with excellent choices, the wait staff very friendly and accommodating.
