The service I received from this restaurant was HORRIBLE!!!!
I ordered using the online ordering service featured on their website. The main entree was totally omitted from the bag that contained the food. The food was cold when I picked it up. When I returned to pick up the omitted entree (which cost less than the cab fare I had to pay to get there and back), I got no comp, or apology from the super rude staff. HORRIBLE!! While the atmosphere is fun and festive, the food does not live up to the creole/ cajun label. It's ok if you want a quick stop and some mediocre food in a fun NOLA scene, but otherwise skip it.
