This restaurant was a really happy find. The eggplant (aubergine) raviolis were delicious, and the shorwa soup was perfect (and came boiling hot-bravo!).
Maincourse: lamb chops fantastic. Out of all the restaurants I ate in in Baltimore, this was my favourite.
This place is excellent. The food is great, the service is great, it is just a really nice restaurant. The restaurant isn't huge and can get a little cramped but it's an excellent neighborhood gem so you really can't complain about anything.
This is a real bargain. A small Afghan restaurant ownd by the brother of the president of Afghanistan. The food is excellent, from appetizers to dessert. There are attractive tapestries on the walls. The prices are moderate. Service is perfectly adequate, not pretentious. One of our favorites.
Give it back to the Taliband!
Owned by Karzai's brother, it is real afghan food, restructured for Baltimore tastes. Don't be afraid to try it. Popular and proven.
