Our Summary Review
Chef Mark Holley (Brennan’s of Houston, Commander’s Palace) draws inspiration from family roots at this Midtown seafood venture. From Texas to the Atlantic, the menu presents regional American flavors with Pan-Asian influences while the casually upscale space features modern decor and ample seating spread out over five rooms. Highlights include an oyster-shucking station and a full bar complete with seasonal cocktails and bourbon-centric drinks. P.S. Parking comes easy courtesy of valet and a self-parking garage behind the restaurant.
