Good barbecue. Good sauce. Wonderful pork. Good side dishes.
This restaurant seems to be a favorite of some local foodies, but every time I go I find it only adequate. Perhaps I'm going at dinner, and they go at lunch. Whatever, it's dried out, adequate bar-be-que.
Some of the best ribs in the city, and served with white bread just to prove they're authentic.
Combo with sauce on the side is the way to go. Delicious, smokey rib tips interspersed with slices of spicy hot links.
Some of the best smoked bbq in the city. Hot links are great too. Get the ribs though, they are the stand out.
