Best dim sum restaurant in the Dallas Fort Worth area. They serve authentic cantonese style dim sum. I love Hong Kong Royal because the dishes are authentic and taste great. The restaurant has a good feel, and the waitstaff speaks good English. Lots of times, it is somewhat difficult to find those attributes all together. DFW doesn't have a lot of dim sum options but even if it did, Hong Kong Royal in Carrollton would be the top of the list.
