"The Sound of Music" -- Sitting on the terrace overlooking Lake Waramaug -- pinch yourself, you're not really in Austria. Just seems like it. New lighter summer menu is excellent. Traditional wienerschnitzel and roesti potatoes -- always excellent.

Weiner schnitzel is always good but stay away from sauces or anything fancy. The raw beef and the escargot are good. Stick to the recipes from the fifties.
