Service good food needs to be desired worst lobster bisque ever taste like tomato soup w lobster in it policy on inedible food is you pay for it even if sent back to kitchen manager or owner feels they can't satisfy every persons palate.

We had my mom's 90th birthday luncheon here and everyone couldn't have been more helpful and wonderful on the day of the event. The food was GREAT, especially the Penne Vodka. The relaxed atmosphere and wait staff were a big consideration for having the party there, but the owner Carl tipped the scale by his friendliness and genuine concern to make this the best time possible. Christine outdid herself with the cake...all in all a great place!

Horace & Sylvia's...a resurrection in Babylon Village! New owners introduced a seasonal menu, price fix and attention to ambiance. We samples "fall" featuring delicious pumpkin soup, pumpkin ravioli and crusty biscuits. A new restaurant to add to our list of "regulars"!
