Come hungry. Not quite NY in Vegas. Two previous visits were very good, but the most recent (August, '06) was disappointing - very slow service, aloof, disappearing waiter, food below expectations.

Great food - service was a little snooty but OK. I prefer the one in New York and Miami and even Il Gabbiano (sister restaurant) but for really great Italian food that you don't mind about this price this is just great.

Outstanding food and service. Your favorite dish not on the menu, just ask and they can prepare something similar or even better for you. Great wine selection to match the food. I suggest you tell server to split everything between guests, that way everyone receives a treat they would not have ordered. My personal favorite is the Squid Ink Pasta with spicy red sauce and seafood along with the eggplant roll to start.

The food was very good, especially the special grilled fish of the day. Service was impeccable. We were a family of three sharing various dishes, and without asking, all appertiser and dinner dishes were equally divided for us. We did not try any dessert because we were already full. The restaurant was not busy, which is a surprise.
