I had made a reservation for 16 at inoteca on a Saturday night. When we arrived our table was not ready and there was no room for 16 people to wait. I tried to have a conversation with the general manager and have never been treated so badly by a professional at a restaurant. He was rude and condescending and treated me like I had walked in off the street asking for a handout rather than a paying customer with a reservation. He never apologized for the wait and would only respond that this is how they do things at inoteca. It was incredibly unpleasant and I will never go back.

noisy. You need a secret decoder ring to understand the menu, but it is worth the effort as the food is wonderful.

I personally wasn't thrilled with 'Inoteca. I love tapas but nothing stood out for me here. I didn't even like the wine the waitress recommended.
