For a great meal at a great price Irazu fits the bill. This is a great first date spot as its a nice environment that isn't too quiet, there's a hustle and a bustle to it. The food is great and comes out fast. Our waiter was a tad bit slow but he made up for it with great suggestions and being very nice and honest, that probably was the best flan I've ever had! The horchata is good, the oatmeal shake is awesome and the seviche is pretty good. GO!

I went there for lunch and had the milanese sandwich. It was so good. it went well with an orchata. The service was on point.

Great food. Great cantina like atmosphere. Great service. Reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?!

Cost Rican food at it's finest. Steak sandwich, plantains and Oatmeal shake are your best bet. Summertime is ideal where you can sit on the patio and watch the Wicker Park/Bucktown hipsters stroll by.

Overrated; the food was greasy and the air conditioning doesn't work so hot in the summer, making the inside as hot as the outside. Don't believe the hype, much better gems to be found in the city.
