I've been a faithful customer since it first opened. The quality has always been great, but it's become so popular that it's service (or rather the quality of the staff) has significantly dropped. If you go there when the owner isn't around, chances of getting good service isn't in your favor. Meanwhile, the size of the sandwiches have signifcantly gotten smaller while the prices have steadily gone up.
