I have dined at the Italian Pie a few times. The atmosphere is very quiet...a plus in my book! They offer above average food at a reasonable price. It does seem there is always some snafu each time I visit. Last time it was a dirty fork...I might give them a break, while they wash their dishes! They have the potential to be a solid restaurant with a bit of polish.

Westbank location: Recently ordered chicken pesto pizza to go. When we ate it we discovered there was NO pesto sauce on the pizza, just olive oil. When I called to complain, the manager got on the phone and literally yelled at me, saying he made my pizza himself. I will never eat there again. Magazine Street location is good, though, with friendly service.
