I. Love. ION. My only statement is that their hummus, being that they are the best veggie restaurant in the area, could be better. But I LOVE the place.

This is a wonderful place. Chef Mark Shadle is as imaginative as he is talented, and even teenagers in the "hamburger" stage will clean their plates, and everyone else's.

Interesting concept - vegetarian restaurant in middle CT, but the food is way overpriced (as are the drinks.) You are better off taking the train to nyc to red bamboo!!!
