Jade Garden is popular with locals in this area. It's a cheap Chinese restaurant in a converted drive-in restaurant. The price for lunch specials is $3.50 to $5.00. The lunch special comes with fried chicken wings, your choice of soup, and rice. Entering the restaurant, the odor is not very good. The food is better than a typical Chinese buffet (no buffet here) but only because it's fresh. Service is very prompt.
