  • It is hard to beat a Jake's Special-Double meat, double cheese with veggies and thousand island dressing, but the kicker is in their sweet potato fries. Crinkle cut, they are seasoned salty sweet, with a touch of cinnamon, served with arshmallow sauce, but they are also great with ranch! Nothing yet compares to Jake's fries!!!!

    Incredible burgers and cheese tots. In a city that has what i think are the best burgers in the country, Jake's is at the top

    If your taste run to the "thin-school" vs thick a'la Kincaids, Jakes is your place. A double cheeseburger with grilled jalapenos and a sixer of Shiner Bock make it a great place. One of the best burgers in a town full of great ones.
