Charming restaurant in a beautifully reconstructed old inn. Delicious, often creative food. Delicious oysters, striped bass, duck, lamb, risotto, ravioli. Superb chocolate terrine. Attentive service.
This is as good as it gets on the North Fork. The setting is understated, sophisticated, country elegance that begins with a warm greeting upon arrival. There's a lovely, warm bar area for a cocktail. The menu is diverse with local selections, including Peconic oysters, and the wine list extensive. Every dish was perfectly done, from the organic chicken to the rack of lamb. Wonderful gelati and sorbets to conclude the meal.
Wonderful restaurant in a lovely setting. Food was superb as was the wine list.
I will return and bring my friends. Well worth the trip.
One of the best restaurants on long island, I love this place I always go and then head to the Wine spots like Roanoke, try this combo and you will be very happy
One of my favorites. I drive 70 miles to get there.
