excellent steaks; Jean George flair. If in Vegas you want a steak, this is the place. Deep inside the Aria. Takes awhile to get to it once you arrive at the Aria.
Why eat here when you can go across the street and eat at Smith and Wollensky or walk five minutes and eat at Prime. The cost was way too much and the food was average at best. The table next to us sent there steak back twice and still did not eat it. Don't waste you time or money.
This was our last of the "top" steakhouses in Vegas to visit. For the good: the steak itself was terrific. The cold seafood tower was also great. For the bad: the service was no where near top notch. I'm not sure if they understaffed or just bad. But, for these costs, the service should be more attentive. Many of the top steakhouses have really expanded the options for sides, we did not love the sides here.
Very disappointed. My steak was delivered very over cooked. Our waiter was not helpful. I will not be coming back.
Food was outstanding! Loved that they offer 5 different steak sauces. The interiors are dark and romantic. Service is friendly and attentive. My only complaint is the wine selection. The half bottle of Champagne was mildly corked and over the hill. The Cabernet BTG was was from an older, flawed vintage and tasted like its low rating. Got the impression that these were discounted wines rather than well selected.
