I have been frequenting this place for a while, every month they have new specials in addition to regular menu…makes it interesting to see what they come up next.. the dishes are always carefully prepared -- the Duck Samosas….and stuffed Lychees Curry a real stand-out -- the service is always friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere inviting ..and the prices…umm not cheap..but not expensive either…I would say moderate ..definitely amongst the premier Indian restaurants in the city.

A beautiful room, perfectly done Indian cuisine, and a romantic spot to set the pace for the rest of the evening. I can't say enough good about Jewel of India -- even though I miss his other place, Shaan. True Indian with no hidden agenda. And hooray for the rose petal ice cream. We sealed the deal that night. mmmmm.
