Karl's is the epitome of a neighborhood favorite with cuisine that would rival some of the finest restaurants in town. The decor could use an update, but the service more than makes up for it. The wait staff seems to know everyone that walks through the door, even when the customer has never been there before. They are not crisp and orchestrated and it wouldn't fit if they were. I have never seen a place with so many regulars.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant celebrating our 24th anniversary. We ate in the bar room and it was wonderful to be somewhere that allowed smoking which we both enjoy during leisure times. The room reminded me of the years spent in Germany during the ‘70s when I lived there. There was a painting dipicting a lady in a red dress that was one that hung in my parents’ home over our piano. Food and service were outstanding!
