The food and wine were excellent. The fish is the best I have eaten ever.

How many times does one have to suffer major service screw ups? It's not startup problems at this juncture. Even at its weak best, kellari is colorless and corporate. Mourayo is the far better bet for this cuisine.

The simply-grilled fish was truly lovely, but the restaurant week appetizer arrived with a SINGLE scallop, albeit a large one, the manager actually tried to argue to me. A truly Ramsay-esque moment.

Just down from Manhattan. Some teething problems in the service, e.g., I reserved a table for four and they sat the guests at two different tables! The food is superb, the octopus as good as Greece and the prices are high but average for the locale. It already fills up for business lunch.
