Workmanlike but enjoyable Italian food. Sidewalk seating provides for a perfect meal on a warm Chicago afternoon.

The closest you can get to having a meal in Italy without leaving Chicago. The pastas are outstanding and they have authentic Italian dishes, not the standard Americanized versions of them.

Their house-made Pasta Carbonara is the best in the city, with bacon made in-house. Charming decor is the baby of the owners, in business for several decades. Wide assortment of wines accompany some of the best Italian cooking in Lincoln Square.
