Even though La Calle Dolce is an hour drive from home, it is one of our favorite restaurants. The calamari appetizer is a favorite - enough for four, delicious and a stand out presentation!
We have their pescado a la Veracruzano dishes most often. Either a fillet of Red Snapper or a whole Tillapia smothered with baby vegetables, it's a great meal!

Great Mexican seafood
"Now this is what Mexican food is supposed to be! Anything from classic Tex Mex, to cerviche, to grilled catfish! Excellent!"
Never stayed for dinner. Went here for a large happy hour and we were served a vat of cheese dip, steam tables filled with Sam's Club Taquito's and cheap skimpy quesadillas all on a folding table scattered with nacho chips.. (Would you have stayed after that?)
While service was fine, drink prices were outrageous.
