The former Abe & Arthur’s digs in the Meatpacking have been transformed into this new Mexican small-plate specialist from the EMM group (Catch, The General), a sprawling duplex decorated with lots of exposed brick and faux Aztec hieroglyphics; it’s probably more about scene than cuisine, but its trendy following doesn't seem to care.
